Who We Are

ultraFanatics was an idea ultra runner Jakob Herrmann had in the summer of 2011. He believed that ultra runners work hard for their race finishes and should have a way to show how proud they are about it. With that in mind he drew up a design and coded the website from scratch.

ultraFanatic is not affiliated in any way with Marathon Maniacs or Half Fanatics.

Why We're Here

We want to provide a website to allow ultra runners to be proud of their accomplishments. There are some incredible runners out there and we want the world to know. Facebook, Twitter and other social network websites are not enough anymore. Earn stars at ultraFanatics and then tell everybody about it.
