“I am not fast. I dont have great form. I am a mid-packer who loves to run-walk-run. A recovering Clydesdale who ran his first marathon in 1988 and hated it. Discovered Jeff Galloways programs and now run for fun. Will run 13 half marathons, 13 marathons and as many ultras as I can in 2012.”
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- •Ran my first ultra in March 2012 as part of my 2 in 2 day Marathon Weekend. On Saturday ran Spring Break Ultra for 50K with Rocket Racing in Long Beach, then on Sunday Run the Marina with Charlie Ale
- •Ran my first trail Ultra at Oriflamme 50K in March 2012. That made 2 @ 50K in my first month of doing Ultras.
- •Ran 7 marathons in 7 day under 40 hours with no new injuries! Then ran 100 miles a week later in 22:01 with no injuries.
